"Elune-adore, Moongazer. It is time you come home..."

Those were the first words he could ever remember hearing. That had been a few weeks ago, in a small forest clearing in Feralas. A lot had changed since then. Over the course of their travels to Moonglade, he had gotten some basic training in the life of Druids and Kaldorei.

It had been described to him that he had been shape shifted into a Nightsaber for a very long time. He had no recollection of that, or life before but he was already a fully grown man. Before leaving Feralas they had given him the first name Ferlorn, from the way the scouts finding him described him, feral and forlorn.

On several occasions during the journey north, he had come past places he felt a strong pull towards. He could vaguely remember the feeling of someone patting his shoulder as he ran over a hill, watching the moonlit sky above. In the next moment the feeling was gone and all he could remember was the time after he got his elven form back.

After reaching Moonglade, he had met several druids that had attempted to help him remember parts from his past, so far without luck. Finally he had been sent to Teldrassil to begin his training as a druid to teach him to master his shape shifting and avoid similar situations happening in the future.

On the way to Teldrassil, he stayed a few days in Darkshore where he often found himself lying on some desolate rock near the beach, watching the moon shine above the calm sea. Somehow that made him feel less lonely.
